Online ordering for Grundfos customers

Last month, we gathered 19 customers for half-a-day session on promoting the use of Extranet - an online ordering tool. Extranet which has been around in Grundfos worldwide since 2003 opens new channel to our customers to place orders and check status online.

As of today, Grundfos Singapore has about 10 customers using Extranet for ordering & checking status of the orders. It offers 24X7 safe & convenient access to the customers.

For instance, Water Logic tops the list with upto 80% of orders placed online.
