Before joining Grundfos he worked in various sales and business development positions for 9 years. In latest 16 years with Grundfos, he has held several positions in APAC for product sales, APAC Industry Segment and Global Machine Industry director. In 2020, he was relocated to China to lead the Industry business as Business Managing Director. 

He starts 2021 back in Singapore to lead the Industry business for APAC.

In 2003, moved to APREG Regional HQ and step into the role of Regional Product Management and in 2005 as the Regional Business Director for Industry before moving to China in 2008 as the General Manager for Grundfos Alldos. Came back to Asia Pacific regional HQ as the Water Utility Business Director in 2011 with the focus on growing our Utility business. Take on the current role as the Area Sales Director for Southeast Asia from Nov 2020.

Current Position at Grundfos:  Supply Chain Manager for Industry APAC

Before joining Grundfos, Vivian has worked in various supply chain positions for 12 years. Joined Grundfos in 2011 to manage the spare part DC and moved on to APAC Regional Fulfillment in 2017. Took on the role as Supply Chain Manager in 2018 with responsibility for both spare part and finished goods DC and is currently the Supply Chain Manager for Industry APAC.

Current Position at Grundfos: Senior Area Sales Manager, IND – South Asia

With Grundfos for 21 years. Started off in 2001 as a sales executive in the CBS segment. Held several position over the years including CBS business development manager, Industry segment manager, export manager and in 2018 as a CBS sales manager. In 2021, appointed as Sales Manager for Industry South ASEAN handling Channel Partner. Take on the current role as the Senior Area Sales Manager for South Asia from July 2022.

Located in Shanghai, China. Before joining in Grundfos in 2019, he held various finance related roles in different enterprises and industries. Phil is currently managing finance controlling team in several countries including China, Singapore and Malaysia.

Current Position at Grundfos: Head of Service Delivery Singapore, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Myanmar 

Andy had 17 years of experience in the Engineering Services and 10 years in the People Leader Management. Before joining Grundfos, Andy was in the vertical transport industry (Schindler Lifts Singapore) for 5 years, responsible in managing Operation and Key Account customers. Prior to joining Schindler Lifts, Andy had worked at Edwards Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, former BOC (British Oxygen Company) for 9 years. Andy was responsible in managing service support team for the semiconductor products like process pumps and gas scrubbing system, supporting key wafer fabricator like UMC Singapore and Taiwan, Micron and Global Foundries, and some fabs in South East Asia countries regions.
