How do I apply for an advertised job?

When you find a position you’re interested in, please click on the job title or read more to see the full job description. Click on the tab Apply for this job and a new window will open with the job ad.

You need to create a talent profile in order to apply for a job at Grundfos. This profile can be used to apply for more than one job. 

How do I create a new job alert?

Log into your account, click on Job Management and choose the tab Saved Searches/Alerts. Click on the tab Create New Job Alert.

Does Grundfos receive unsolicited applications?

As we have a common global recruitment system, we don’t receive or respond to unsolicited email applications. If you wish to submit your CV for consideration to any open positions, please do so by creating a profile in our talent pool via this link.

When you create an account, tick to confirm that you accept that we store your personal data under the terms of the data privacy section. 

How can I see the status of my application?

To view the status of your application, log on to your profile and click on the Job Applications tab.

  • Draft: Your application has not been submitted. Note: to submit, please complete your application and click Apply.
  • In Progress: Your application is currently being reviewed by the recruiter.
  • Withdrawn: You have withdrawn your application.
  • Not Selected: After reviewing your application, we have chosen to go further with other applicants. However, we would still encourage you to apply for other relevant job openings in Grundfos.

What language should I use to apply and register online?

You should make sure your profile information and CV are available in the same language as the description of the job you are applying for. You can upload several documents in the talent community.

The correspondence you receive from us will be in one of nine languages – English, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, German, Danish, Serbian or Hungarian – depending on the language settings in your browser. You can at any time change your language in the top right corner.

What should I do if I want a job at Grundfos in another country than my home country?

If you already work at Grundfos, ask your manager if you can work abroad in another country – if yes, your manager should explore the Global Mobility site on Insite and, subsequently, your manager and Global Mobility will guide you.

If you do not work at Grundfos, first you need to apply for the job at our job page – our Attraction team will be in charge of the process and if you are selected for a job interview Grundfos will pay for your travel expenses. If you are offered the position, your manager and Attraction, supported by Global Mobility, will guide you further through the relocation process.

Can I make a disability accommodation request?

Yes. If you need assistance and/or reasonable accommodation, please inform your recruiter when you’re invited to a screening call or interview. Specify your requirements, and we’ll be happy to support you throughout the process.

What do I do if I have questions for a job post?

At the bottom of the job post you will typically be able to find the contact information for the hiring manager, who will be able to answer your questions regarding the job.

Can I apply for more than one job?

Yes, you can!

The job I was intending to apply for is no longer available?

If you are unable to see the job you were intending to apply for, it is because applications have closed. We advise you to submit your application early and prior to the closing date to avoid disappointment.

I have applied for job number two, but my previous application is still shown – why?

The first page you see when applying for a job is your standard candidate profile page with the CV and cover letter used in the most recent submitted application. When clicking Next at the bottom of the candidate profile page, you are in the application section for the desired job number two. This is where you attach the relevant CV and cover letter for job number two. The CV and cover letter from job number two will be updated to your candidate profile, but not on job number one.

I have applied for a job and now want to change my CV or cover letter – what do I do?

You cannot change the CV or cover letter attached to an already submitted application. If you have to change the CV or cover letter in the submitted application, you have to withdraw your full application and apply again. Please be aware that if you do not withdraw before applying again, you will get a message saying you have already applied for the job.

Can I change or attach new documents to my candidate profile after having applied for a job?

You can always make changes to your candidate profile. However, please be aware that the changes you make to your candidate profile will not apply for already submitted application(s). You will need to attach all relevant documents directly in the application to ensure that they will be taken into account for the specific job.

How can I delete/withdraw an application?

You can only delete your application if it is still a draft. Once you submit your application, you cannot delete it, but you can withdraw it.

Log on to your profile, click on Job Application. Select the job posting and click on the Withdraw Application button. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window. The status of your application will then have changed.

How do I manage my candidate profile?

To update your candidate profile, open the Already Registered tab and follow the link to open the login page. Enter your email and password to update your profile.

How can I delete my candidate profile?

Under My Profile, click on the tab Delete Profile.

I have not received a confirmation that my application has been received – what do I do?

When you click Apply, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you are unsure if your application has been received, open the Job Application tab and check the status of your application.

If you are not receiving any emails, we would suggest that you check the spam filter in your email account.

I am unable to open the job openings – what do I do?

Please remember to turn off your pop-up blocker when using our job website.

I am trying to register, but I get the error message that my email address is already in use. What does that mean?

This message indicates that you have either already registered in our talent community with the same email or have previously applied for a position from that email address.

If you do not remember your password, you need to apply for a new one. When you are on this page, please click on Sign in and then click on Forgot Password where you enter the email you entered when applying or creating the profile. You will receive an email from us if you have provided a valid email address.

I have forgotten my username and password – what do I do?

To get a new password, open Forgot password on the right of the screen or follow the link here.

In the pop-up window, please enter your user email you used when registering. Click on Submit, and within a few minutes you will receive a new temporary password by email.

You will need to change this password the next time you log on. We recommend that you copy-paste the new password into the text field to avoid typing mistakes.
