Morten has been a member of Group Management, Executive Vice President and CEO of the Domestic Building Services division since 2022.
Morten has been with Grundfos for over 20 years and has held numerous managerial positions within Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales and General Management.
Before joining Grundfos, Morten worked as a product manager for Danfoss and Massey Ferguson, account manager at Kunde & Co advertising agency, as well as spending time in teaching and academia including a three-year position as Senior Lecturer within multimedia design at Copenhagen Polytechnic.
After a four-year stint at Grundfos from 1997, Morten returned permanently in 2005, initially as an industrial PhD fellow then in management positions within sales & marketing. Appointed Group Vice President in 2013, Morten was responsible for strategic sales and marketing development before heading the HVAC OEM division from 2018-2020. He assumed his current role leading the Domestic Building Services division in December 2020.
Since 2020, Morten has been Chairman of the Board at Biral AG and Deutsche Vortex GmbH & Co. KG.
