Inge joined Grundfos and the Group Management team in 2024 on her appointment as Group Executive Vice President and CEO of the Industry division.
An experienced international executive, Inge has over ten years’ executive-level experience driving business operations in multinational industrial companies. She brings a rich financial and technological understanding and a proven track record of driving profitable growth, embracing technology transition and portfolio performance management, while building strong cross-culture leadership teams and organisations.
Before joining Grundfos, Inge was most recently CEO Europe Africa at TK Elevator, the four-year role the culmination of over thirteen years holding leadership positions at the company. Prior to that, Inge worked in leadership roles in thyssenkrupp (2001-2009) and Bankhaus Metzler (1994-2001).
Inge is currently a non-executive board member of Bystronic Group.
