Bent has been Executive Vice President and CEO of the Commercial Building Services division since 2022.
Bent’s career at Grundfos began in 1999, and he has held various managerial roles within Building Services, Global Accounts & International Project Sales, Marketing and General Management.
From 1999 he headed the global product management of small circulator pumps for four years, before a further three years holding managerial positions in the Baltic and North European regions.
After a spell at Bang & Olufsen as Senior Business Manager in 2006, Bent returned to Grundfos in January 2007, again to the Northern Europe region to develop the Grundfos Building Services segment. There followed executive roles in business development, global key accounts and as sales director for EMEA building services before his appointment as Group Senior Vice President in 2016.
Since then, Bent has led the strategic development of Grundfos’ Commercial Building business which aims to mitigate climate challenges by reducing the carbon footprint of buildings through energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
