The register of shareholders of Grundfos Holding A/S is kept by our external service provider, J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, on behalf of the Company.

Global Shares changes name to J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions

Following J.P. Morgan’s acquisition of Global Shares, the company will be rebranding. 

The heart of Global Shares will remain, but with the added resources of J.P. Morgan to help you make the most of your share plan. 

In the coming weeks and months, you'll see updates to your experience, for example the emails from noreply@equityadmin.com will have a J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions logo. 

The URL for the Participant Portal will remain https://grundfos.globalsharesequity.co.uk/ at this point.

Over time J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions will share more details about upcoming changes and how they may benefit your financial life. 

Manage your shareholder account

As a shareholder you can view your account and manage your shareholding. 

In December 2019 you should have received an email from noreply@equityadmin.com with a link to activate your account. if you did not receive this email please contact us on shares@grundfos.com

Which shares are you allowed to sell?

All shares bought in previous share offerings before 2021 and
as from 15 June 2024 you are allowed to sell the shares that you
bought in 2021.
 

At which price are you able to sell?

Share prices are valid from 1 May in the below mentioned
year till 30 April in the following year. Share prices and
dividend payments since 1 May 2009 is found in
the table to the right.

The 2024 share price becomes effective as from 1 May 2024 and is
valid until 30 April 2025.
 

How to initiate a sale of my shares?

To sell your shares, you must go to the shareholder portal.

If you don't have access to the portal, please send an e-mail to
