You can find a direct line to local distributors by selecting the country you are based in and then the office closest to you or, as an Extranet user, you can place your order directly with us. Whichever way you choose, we strive to make sure you can place your order and get back to work fast.

The operating instructions provided with every Grundfos product contain relevant troubleshooting information. These instructions describe not only installation, operation and maintenance, but also include a dedicated section to assist in troubleshooting general problems that arise during use. The instructions are also available online on the product pages under the tab called Documentation.
How do I contact Grundfos customer service?
As an installer, you have the choice of ordering Grundfos customer service from your specialist wholesaler or of contacting us directly via phone or contact form.
Please have your customer number ready, should you choose to contact us directly. If you are unsure about whether you have a customer number or not, please send us a copy of your company letterhead.
As a private customer, we ask that you refer to a specialist installation company in your area.
