Soft flow dyeing machines are suitable for the processing of both woven as well as knitted fabric. Any fabric, from lightweight silk to suitings can be processed at ease with this dyeing machine. The process can be repeated and reproduced

The Soft Flow dyeing machine has a tank that is to be filled for 20 cycles. In each cycle the tank has to be filled up thrice within the shortest possible time. Depending on the demand, this filling of up of tanks used to take longer time as there was a single pump with a throttle mechanism. It was a challenging task to maintain all the 15 Soft Dyeing Machines according to the demand.

THE SOLUTION

Grundfos believes in Demand Driven Distribution system. Based on the capacity of filling of the tank, Grundfos suggested Hydro 1000 system to take care of the fluctuating demand. The transfer and the pressure boosting of clean water met the demand and the work was smoothly done. In order to optimize pump performance, a variable speed system was installed to fill the tanks faster.
