GAS Kicked Off ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001

in term of giving supports to facilitate penetration to the markets that require environmental management certification, also as a proof that Grundfos concerned to the environmental conditions in running its business in Indonesia, as well as the most important evidence to show that Grundfos concerned about the safety and health of its workers with provides protection from unwanted things arising from the work environment or work activity itself which impact on the health and safety of workers, again in 2017, PT. Grundfos Pompa are working with PT. SGS Indonesia to prepare two certification process; ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS: 2007 as the Integration Management System (IMS).

The kicked off held on February 10. Housed in the second floor training room and attended by all employees. The event opened by Gert Borrits as President Director, he reminded the importance of both certificates to have, not only for the benefit of our customers, but also for the benefit of employees who are our most important asset of the  company. Finished giving a speech, Gert became the first to sign the Mission Statement; Agree to succeeding implementation of Integration Management System (IMS) ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001. Followed by a speech from the Chairman of the ISO Project, Justin Supreme Legowo. After that, every employee who comes in turns signed a Mission Statement that has been prepared, it is intended to foster a sense of ownership, and most importantly keep this certification remains valid continuously.

Completed the signing mission statement, all employees follow training ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for half a day, training related to the understanding and the process to get it. If there are no obstacles, planned within June 2017, PT. Grundfos Pompa have been able to get both these certifications.
