Thermostatic return temperature limiter
A thermostatic return temperature limiting valve is installed in a system when the return pipe water temperature must not exceed a set temperature.
The valve is automatic and employs a temperature sensor located in the valve. The valve will close as the specified temperature is exceeded. The set point for the temperature can be set within a given range.
Applications of the return valve include small under-floor heating installations without a mixing loop, radiators and hot-water tanks.
