PARTICIPATION IN THE GRUNDFOS SQE REVIEW REWARDS PROMOTION

1. The Promoter is Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd, 515 South Road, Regency Park, South Australia, Australia, 5010, ABN 90 007 920 765 (hereinafter ‘Grundfos’).

2. These GRUNDFOS SQE REVIEW REWARDS PROMOTION Terms & Conditions (hereinafter ‘T&C’) supersede any pre-existing GRUNDFOS SQ/E REVIEW REWARDS PROMOTION stipulations (hereinafter the ‘review promotion’).

3. The promotion is only open to buyers of Grundfos products located in Australia and New Zealand, who purchased an eligible Grundfos product from a Grundfos Authorized Dealer in Australia or New Zealand – excluding online/internet sales. 4. Eligible products to participate in all elements of this review promotion are: 3" (SQ and SQE) Submersible Pumps, (hereinafter the ‘eligible products’). 

5. The review promotion commences at 00.01am AEST 1 July 2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEST 31 December 2024 (hereinafter the ‘review promotion period’).

6. A $100 VISA gift card will be awarded for each valid published SQ or SQE pump review left on www.productreview.com during the promotion period.

7. To enter the review promotion, you must have (1) purchased an eligible product from the Grundfos SQ and SQE range in Australia or New Zealand from a Grundfos Authorized Dealer. Authorised Dealers can be found at https://www.grundfos.com/au/contact/where-to-buy or https://www.grundfos.com/nz/contact/where-to-buy. (2) left a valid published review for the product on www.productreview.com.au during the review promotion period; and (3) submitted a registration at: https://grundfosaustralia.wufoo.com/forms/sqe-review-reward-registration-form/. Personal data will be collected at the registration. Please refer to clause 21 below for further details.

8. Gift cards will be distributed throughout the review promotion period. Grundfos is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of your gift card due to incorrect address or incorrect contact details provided at the time of registration. 

9. A maximum of 100 x $100 VISA gift cards can be claimed for eligible reviews submitted during the campaign period. One participant is eligible for one gift card only during this campaign period. Grundfos will cease distributing the gift cards once this number is reached.

10. Products reviewed outside of promotion period will not be eligible for the “SQ/E Review Reward” gift card.

11. All registrations to claim for the review promotion must be submitted by close of business on 15 January 2025.

12. When reviewing please make sure you tick “Incentivised” before submitting.

13. Grundfos is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

14. Grundfos will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Grundfos.

15. Review registrations will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Any form of automated entry using the Internet or any other device or software is invalid.

16. Rewards are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

17. Grundfos shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any reward under these T&C. Independent financial and taxation advice should be sought by any person participating in the promotion.

18. Grundfos cannot be held accountable for any delays resulting in cards being received or reloaded slower than the above-specified timeframes.

19. In the event that review rewards become unavailable due to circumstances beyond Grundfos’ control, Grundfos reserves the right to provide an alternative reward of the same value as the original reward, subject to any applicable laws or directions made under applicable legislation.

20. Grundfos reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who registers a sale that is not in accordance with these T&C. Multiple registrations of the same review will not be accepted. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible registrations will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected registrations.

21. All review promotion registrations become and remain the property of Grundfos. By submitting a registration for the review promotion, the participating Authorised Dealer confirms and guarantees that each entrant (either its Staff Member or participating End User) has been duly informed and agreed that: (1) Grundfos will collect, store and use entrants’ personal information to assist Grundfos in improving goods and services; and (2) Grundfos might contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email, mail and commercial electronic messages. 22. The laws of South Australia govern this promotion.
