These Terms and Conditions govern the "Free Solar Connect with Grundfos SQ Flex Solar Solutions Purchase" promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promoter is Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd, 515 South Road, Regency Park, South Australia, Australia, 5010, ABN 90 007 920 765 (hereinafter ‘Grundfos’).

2. You will receive a 12 Month Solar Connect Subscription code and a Free Solar Connect Pump Monitor ("Promotional Item") with each purchase of a Grundfos SQ Flex Solar Solutions package provided that you comply with the Promotion terms set out in these terms and Conditions. Grundfos SQ Flex Solar Solutions package here is defined as a full Solar Solutions Packaged System consisting of a SQ Flex pump, array frame and accessories ("Qualifying Product"). A full list of qualifying part numbers is provided below.

3. The Promotion is valid for one month, beginning at 08:00am (ACST) on November 1, 2024, and ending at 18:00 (ACST)on November 30, 2024 (Promotion Period), unless otherwise extended or terminated by us.

4. The Promotion is open to all end users who purchase a Qualifying Product through an authorised dealer of Grundfos.

5. Qualifying Product must be purchased during the Promotion period.

6. The authorised dealer (“Authorised Dealer”) is a participating business entity buying Grundfos products directly from Grundfos and re-selling them to the consumers in-store in Australia (hereinafter ‘End Users’), which has been nominated by Grundfos and agreed to participate in this promotion.

7. Employees of Grundfos and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

8. How to Claim. After purchasing the Qualifying Product, a Grundfos representative will contact the Authorised Dealer to arrange delivery of the Promotional Item. Multiple claims by one user are accepted and are unlimited for the duration of the Promotion Period.

9. Proof of purchase may be requested, and may include a sales receipt or invoice number of the purchased Qualifying Product, the date of purchase and the name of the Authorised Dealer.

10. The Promotional Item will be shipped by Grundfos to the Authorised Dealer who will organise it to be shipped to the end user. 

11. The Promotional Item is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

12. Data Protection and Privacy. We will use any personal data submitted by the customer only for the purposes of this Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found on Grundfos website  12. here .

13. Amendments. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the Promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in our opinion or if circumstances arise that are beyond our control.

14. Grundfos is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

15. Grundfos will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Grundfos.

16. Sales registrations will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Any form of automated entry using the Internet or any other device or software is invalid.

17. Rewards are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

18. You are fully liable for any tax implication this Promotion can have on you. Grundfos shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any reward under these Terms and Conditions. Independent financial and taxation advice should be sought by any person participating in the promotion.

19. Grundfos reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who registers a sale that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Multiple registrations of the same system will not be accepted. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible registrations will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected registrations.

20. All sales promotion registrations become and remain the property of Grundfos. By submitting a registration for the sales promotion, the participant has been duly informed and agreed that: (1) Grundfos will collect, store and use entrants’ personal information to assist Grundfos in improving goods and services; and (2) Grundfos might contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email, mail and commercial electronic messages.

The laws of South Australia govern this promotion.
