Smart dosing comes to Pakistan

The new partnership was announced on 9th August at a special joint event to launch Grundfos’ new generation of Smart Digital diaphragm dosing pumps – the latest ground-breaking innovation in dosing technology that is allowing expensive chemical additives to be dosed with pinpoint accuracy in a much wider range of industries and processes.

Engineers and consultants from across Pakistan’s water treatment industry, who attended the event at Karachi’s Pearl Continental Hotel, were taken through the latest developments in dosing and disinfection technology, prior to being introduced to the new SMART Digital pumps, which come in two size categories – the SMART Digital S range for higher pressure applications and the versatile XL range designed to handle everything from simple cost-effective dosing to more complex and demanding applications.

SMART Digital’s ability to deliver simple, yet highly accurate dosing of a range of chemical additives while lowering operational costs and increasing reliability and safety across a wide range of water treatment and other industrial processes, is already changing attitudes towards chemical dosing across the Middle East, and the launch of the new pumps is expected to make a big impact across Pakistan’s water treatment sector.
